Pleasant and reasonably priced hotel, the services were great, perfect location hard to find from station. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good choice of delicacies. We have booked double room with good sound insulation, 2 younger children, long view for 2 nights. Location: the venue was really close to Expo, and shops, restaurants and metro.

The hotel was very clean The shower and bed were excellent. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The location was very good for us. We were able to do all the things we love to do in Paris and then return to a clean and secure hotel.

it is a very nice, comfortable and very clean hotel in the heart of Montparnasse with lots of very nice restaurants and cafes and with easy access to anywhere in Paris (many of the major sights are within a fair walking distance).

Quiet place, great service. Breakfast is good, but there was a lack of vegetables. But a lot of fruits.

Charming Retreat with Really good Service!
Our family enjoyed a good stay! The peaceful courtyard view from our room provided a perfect escape after a day of exploring. Nearby, we relished local cuisine and charming cafes. Look for street parking on Sundays. We found a great spot just steps away!

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and with aircon. Just be aware that the aircon won't start unless you close the window. Two supermarkets just next door and two Metro stations with different lines at each end of the street. Wireless LAN is free of charge and reasonably fast.
Needs around 8 stations by Metro to get to the main sightseeing spots. No water cooker in the room, but the reception is helped us out. Accomodation was a little expensive for the standard we got, but probably also because it was during high season.

The hotel was in a very good location and it had a nice coutyard. The room were large enough for Paris and clean.
I wasn't pleased with the fact that the staff at the concierge didn't make an effort to find me a room when I first arrived. I came from the USA eary in the morning and they made me wait several hours before giving me a room.

Good location and clean rooms, but outdated bathrooms need attention.

Very nice situation with outside space which was much appreciated as it was very hot in Paris that week. Also good for smokers to have somewhere nice to relax with a drink and a smoke. Room had all the necessary facilities, good aircon.
Not really. It was a very small room but we are used to that in Paris.

The newly renovated room was a highlight, with a cozy bed that felt cloud-like, and a well-designed bathroom separated into two spaces. The freshly prepared breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi connection was weak at times, and the buffet breakfast could use improvement. The staff was attentive but varied in helpfulness at the front desk.

Location was great as it was unconjested & quiet (off street) yet close to the metro. Easy walking distance to Montpanasse with a great selection of eating places. Rooms were larger than usual, exceptionally clean, well presented & with a very accommodating decor.

The lovely quiet entrance, the garden , a place to relax abit after rushing trough paris from subway to subway.
One of the elevators was broken what lead to abit queing at rush hours, the parking area was quite narrow, they couldve given an headsup before i parked in, scratched my car on the side abit, but oh well, my fault not theirs.

Very impressive entrance way led to a bright and pleasant reception area. As the name suggests, the hotel was full of Modigliani (and other) prints which made for interesting times whilst waiting for the (very slow) lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was copious. A pleasant garden area is situated at the back of the hotel together with seating areas at the front which gave ample opportunity for sitting outside in the warm weather. Hotel is a few metres from the nearest Metro station and within walking distance of the Gare Montparnasse mainline railway station.
While I was there, only one lift was working which was vey slow. The bedroom was relatively small with twin beds which might be claustrophic if two people were staying in the room. It also meant I had to squeeze round one bed to turn the bedside lights off - not always easy after a night on the town in Paris! There was a lack of power points around the room.
